SINCE 1986.
Kings opened its doors in 1986, by Haydar aka Ike. His pizzas and kebabs were an instant hit. The First Branch of Kings opended on Anlaby Road in Hull in 1986, the brand soon grew and a second branch was opened on Orchard Park in 1988. Kings was very popular with the local community. Due to the success and demands of the business Ike reached out to Khan and Khan joined his uncle in 1995. Khan sought to learn from the master himself and soon became indispensable. The business was a huge success.

2015
Khan, nephew of Ike, took over the Orchard Park branch in 2001 ready to take it to the next level. Khan decided to restructure the business and Kings soon outgrew the buildings capacity on Orchard Park. He spotted an opportunity to expand and moved Kings to Highcourt Road in Hull in 2015. Working tirelessly for 3 months Khan built, redeveloped and converted Highcourt into a state of the art modern kitchen that stands proud to this date.
Khan instilled within his team the importance of quality food, passion and service. Kings today are as passionate as they were back in 1988 serving consistent, delicious quality food for over 30 years.

The Next Venture
2021
With the great success of Kings and working with a great team of talented chefs, Khan decided to give something back for the loyalty and dedication of his staff. Early in January 2021, very much in the middle of the global pandemic, three young passionate team members of Kings were carefully selected to be partners with Khan in a new venture in expanding the Kings brand to new parts of the city of Hull East and Central. A very large state of the art Kitchen was built and the building was converted on Reservoir Road. Kings second branch opened its doors in August 2021. This new Kings branch operates from this central location aiming to capture East Hull and Central Hull’s communities. Trained to the highest standards Kings Reservoir Road provides the same great quality as Highcourt Road with fast and hot food on time, every time.
